- Orders are processed within 1β2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Processing may take longer during peak periods or if incorrect information is provided.
Note: All U.S. shipping addresses are verified through the USPS. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout. If unsure, you can confirm your address at www.usps.com.
This does not apply to international orders.

- We ship Monday through Friday (no weekends or U.S. holidays).
- Once your order is processed, shipping times depend on the method you choose at checkout.
- Shipping time estimates do not include weekends or holidays.

- Standard delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
- We are not liable for delays due to:

- Carrier issues
- Customs
- Labor strikes or natural events
π International Shipping
- Most international orders arrive in 4β6 weeks; however, rare delays of 8β12 weeks may occur due to customs.
- Shipping to certain countries may incur additional fees due to location or regulations.
- Audifort is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
π¦ Lost, Delayed, or Refused Packages
- If a package is refused, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once we receive and inspect the item.
- We use UPS for most deliveries, but we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages.
- If your tracking number shows the item was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS or the carrier directly.
Note: Audifort is not responsible for packages marked βDeliveredβ by the carrier.
β Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly.
- After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
- If your order has shipped, you may:
- Refuse the package and notify us immediately
- Return it with tracking information at your expense
π¬ Address Errors
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.
- If an incorrect address was used and the package is returned to us, we will contact you for a reship or issue a refund minus shipping costs.
π Returns & Refunds
To receive a full refund, you must:
- Return all bottles (used, unopened, or partially used), including any bonus or free bottles.
- Ship the return within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Include a note with:
- Your Order ID
- Full Name and Address
- Email and Phone Number
- Original packaging slip (if available)
- Ship the package via USPS with tracking to:
